We had a trunk route built for mus that I outed with LD14.
We do not use music on hold. Now I get this error ERR4291 25 0. Is there something else that needs to be deleted?
You may have some routes defined with MUS YES and ROUT 25 as the music route. Try MUS NO on all the routes in your system. Here is an example of a DID route with MOH (Music On Hold).

piertilli you are exactly correct.Sorry for not knowing what to do but how do I erase the music route from my system (RT25)?
And what is the LD and commands to have all my routes MUS NO?
ld 15
chg
ftr
then go down to mus and answer no
then for each of your trunk routes, ld 16 chg rdb and answer mus no, to get a list of trunk routes, ld 21 ltm cust 0 then return through, that will give you all your routes that have trunks built.. then either change them to mus no or prt them in ld 21 prt rdb and see which ones need to have must turned off..
hint i never out anything until after i save a soft copy.. sometimes it's eaiser to put a trunk back in then it is to find out what else i broke.. nortel is not a bill gates machine, when you type out, you don't get a "are you sure" about 10 times.. most of the time that's a good thing. i have put something back in so i could stop the sch/err/bug flood while i found out the same thing you just learned... mus can also be in acd groups (btw)

return and let them all print, then search for mus
