ERR087 Succession 5.0

Hello,

After upgrading 2 PBXs to Succession 5.0 these messages (ERR087) are coming out every few seconds on all TTYs. Is there a way to disable this specific message code from being outputted?

87 is not in the rls 3 books, does the rls 5 show a reason? it may be like the err095 we had with rls 3 and require a patch..

but no you can not block a single err code... if a vendor did the upgrade then ask him to finish it...

This is the error meaning:

The 500 set has been configured with CLS DTN. Any DTR slots have been
idled by the calling procedure IDLE_TTR.
Contact your technical support group.
Severity: Minor

sounds like a patch is needed, JP is right, call your vendor!

Is there HEX after the code? or just the ERR087

two things i would check, buffers and dtrs.. do you have your buffers set high enough and do you have enough dtr's built for both analog stations and did's
