I have uses that recently upgraded to IOS 13 on their Iphones using the Equinox app using EC500. When they try to dial feature name extensions the calls is being rejected by their service providers T-Mobile and Verizon. Any one experiencing this issue?

i had issues with ec500 with IOS 13 but not really calls rejected but going straight to Voicemail on the i phone with out ringing.. Try checking in settings / phone / Silence Unknown Callers. I had to make sure this was off.
