EPS Placeable from Corel Draw 8

I think Adobe had a filter a few years ago, that would convert to EPS files from most other formats (cdr or cpt if I recall). It seems it was associated with Illustrator. I know this isn't what you are looking for, but if you approach it from the Adobe end, you may have an easier time finding a file converter.
