embedded voicemail

Hi everyone!

I have a problem regarding integral voicemail.
I have SmallOffice running version 3.0 (5901). When I insert one memory card everything is OK, but when I insert another, voicemail won't work!
On SysMonitor I get a message:

1186361mS PRN: LVMailFlashMan::FiveMinuteActions: Invalid VoiceMail Activation Code

What is a problem?

Is the card you are using an official Avaya memory card or just a standard compact flash card?
The Avaya memory cards are specifically formatted to prevent any compact flash card being used.

The card that isn't working is not official Avaya memory card!

So, it has to be AVAYA memory card?

Can I, somehow, format it to work properly?

That will be why it doesn't work.
Avaya have them formatted in a unique way and this is copyrighted, you'll need to speak with your supplier to purchase an additional card. Or you could just install VM Lite and save yourself a load of hastle.

There is no known way to format them and even if I knew I would be unable to help.
