Embedded voicemail channels 1

2 by default, max of 6. Does this apply both to voicemail and AA prompts? i.e. if the system is licenced for 2, it is 2 vm, 2 prompts or 1 of each simultaneously?

Two channels regardless of what you use. AA or Voicemail or Queue announcement.

it also depends on the release as earlier releases had 4 channels for embedded if I remember correctly

by default we have 2 port embedded. nd it can be increases up to 6 port.
and can be as voicemail, ivr , recording ect
