Embedded messages won't play

I have a customer with an R11 that randomly can't check hunt group messages from her phone. But if she calls in and leaves another message, she can then play the messages. There is a source code built to allow her and it usually works. But sometimes it will show the message, but she can't press anything play or delete or anything. But if she calls in and leaves a new message she can. I have rebooted it but it's persisting. I've never seen this before.

Can she play by accessing it through a short code? Is it VM Pro? Embedded? Intuity?
