Embedded File Management Problem

I have a customer with an IPO 500 4.2.49501 that wants multiple MOH for different departments. I'm currently attempting to load a few of the HoldMusic2, HoldMusic3 files, but as I try to receive an Embedded File Management config from the IPO I get a message at the bottom of the screen saying: TFTP Error "Not Found" with the IP address of the IPO and then nothing is displayed for the card/on the screen. I was able to receive this config in the lab from this very same system before we installed it for the customer. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Thanks.

Check to make sure that the TFTP and file writer are set to the IP of you PC.

Both are set to the VM server with Manager running on the server as well. I did see under the Help file this info:
· Viewing a Memory Card
When Advanced | Embedded File Management is selected, the IP Office Manager will go through normal system discovery but will only allow selection of systems which can support a memory card and are running IP Office 4.2+. When a system is selected, a valid service user name and password for configuration access to that system is requested. If the system selected does not have a memory card installed, the files view remains blank and the message TFTP:Received TFTP Error "Not Found" appears in Manager's status bar.

The card could be bad as it suggests, but this is also the license card for the system and the system is operational.
My next step is to hook my computer to the system and change the TFTP and File writer Ip address to my PC to see if magically it makes a difference.

The licence card is a smart card (credit card looking), the embedded file management is for compact flash cards....not the same thing.
