EMailing conpanies with details from a table

I am in the middle of creating a new CRM database in MSAccess2000. I have created a selection form with various combo boxes, radio buttons etc. This creates a table with the list of accounts that i need. The table is called TBL_MAILSHOT and the email address field is called E_MAIL_ADDRESS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its driving me nuts!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I forgot to mention that i need to be able to send a report based on this table to the many companies that are selected. Preferably in a HTML document.

I have a similar problem. I have multiple Supervisors that need to recieve Emp. specific information from a MS ACCESS Query as an email. BUt, maybe this link will help you...it discusses sending an attachment from access, you maybe able to set the table as an attachment.

OK folks,

Back when "160 Shcools" hit, i started on this.

If you have an exported table that is comma separated values, or better tab or semi-colon, the thing will create emails with attachments particular to the address.

like

friend@ms.com Nice.doc
foe@ms.com BadNews.doc

and pump it into OE.

Is this what you had in mind?

It was just a test for getting a list into OE, it works at about 50 emails created per second.

If you want to send me a sample list, dummied up if you like, I'll use it as test data (and comp you when it is done).
