We are using a product called GFI FaxMaker. When you print to it it provides an attachment inside a ready-to-go email.

This email for all intents and purposes is just the Standard Outlook E-mail Message Form. Nothing wrong with it, all works fine and dandy but what I need to achieve is to get a 'From' Box on this form.

Is there someway I can edit this standard form so that it ALWAYS shows the 'From' field. I would greatly appreciate your help.

Cheers

No. You can not edit the standard mail form in Outlook.

What version of Outlook? In Outlook 2000 if you go View and select "From Field" while in the email the from field comes up. It will show on every new message, even if you close Outlook and reopen it, until such time as you deselect it.

Yeah I know you can do the view--from thing and it appears all the time. I mean like in a Standard Outlook form that pops up for example when you send a fax attachment thing.

It's Outlook 2000. All seems to be very fickle.
