Hi all,
I have a problem with connecting a voice recognition server to a definity G3r via and E1 card. For call transfer back to the switch to operate we need to configure the Tel/Rec server with specific timings for the CAS hookflash transfer, this requires a specific 'meter pulse' duration (in milliseconds) to be defined for the Definity, together with any other timing information for sending DTMF tones, and whether or not a second 'meter pulse' is required to effect the transfer after sending the DTMF destination digits. Can anyone help with this info?
