E-Mail with No Subject Line

I have a few Dell machines running XP Professional with Outlook. When one of the users tries to open any e-mail with nothing in the subject line, Outlook shuts down. No error message, just closes. The other users don't have this problem. There are no problems with the exchange server... anyone have this problem or know a solution? Thanks!
