After 13+ years of IPO programming, I can't think how to do the following.

IP500 R9.1 w/ PRI, Embedded VM, 9508 and 9608 phones. Customer is a medical practice with 8 doctors (busy office).

Customer has 8 dedicated telephone numbers that they want programmed on feature buttons (key system behavior). This allows them to answer the call accordingly for the different doctors. I know this can be done simply with a "line" button when using analog trunks.

Is there a way to do this with a PRI (23 channel)service? Outbound calling will be of concern too (I think) as each doctor has a different public number that needs to be outpulsed.

Thoughts, Ideas?

Yes. Hunt groups on incoming

Outbound using ars .Sdoctorsnumberhere short codes.
They'll have to be given a short code to dial out on a particular ars group.
