DTMF on outside call don't always work

I don't do a lot of Norstar stuff. Last week this MICS lost power & all programming. I got it all back up, but now they say some outside calls to auto attenents, & pagers don't seen to take any digits.

Do I need to do the F808 thing? Or do we have to replace parts?

Make sure that the dialing mode is set to Tone and not Pulse for the lines.
