We use Greetings for Embedded Voicemail "to reach my cellphone dial *2 or leave a message" and when we setup an outbound transfer as 915552341234 we get the caller ID of the Extension not the Caller ID of the original Caller.
How can I setup this Breakout correctly to pass the Caller ID and then how can I setup all Outbound transfers directly?

Maybe changing the System>Twinning>Send Original Party Information for Mobile Twinning: Default = Off helps?

Yes we already had that Checked but we are not worried about Twinning. We are looking for using transfer on anyone who calls and then is transferred to an outside phone line. Or if you set the DTMF Breakout like *2 or *3 to dial a Cell phone of the User we receive the Caller ID info of the Extension not of the original caller.
Thanks for helping out.

Ok, I misread, sorry.
If you manually do a blind transfer to a external number, does the incoming CLI go with the transfer?
If you set a Divert all on a extension to a external numer does the incoming CLI go with the call?

some countries do not allow sending the original called id.
When it is allowed then your only option is mobile twinning (with the option on that Intrigrant mentioned)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

The other option is to install a few channels of SIP, then this works much much better.

The caller ID does not pass thru when transfering using a blind transfer. I am going to have the customer use a Divert all on the callerID tomorrow when I get a tech on site. I will let you know.
Thanks for the response.

If the CLI does not pass using a blind transfer then you provider ignore the send CLI. As tlpeter said, in a lot of countries it is not allowed to send the original caller ID.
You can check which CLI is send using monitor, depending on the line used set the appropriate filters : ATM for analog trunks, ISDN for ISDN lines or SIP for ... you know what.

I have no experience with alog lines on IPO ( lucky me ) so i cannot advise on that, for ISDn and SIP it is obvious in the trace what the send CLI is if you look at the trace.
