dsrepair error

I ran a dsrepair on Novell 4.11 server this is the error I received: Security equals attribute found on cn=cmills.ou=xxx.o=xxx. Need to add an equivalent to me attribute to cn=everyone.ou=xxx.o=xxx. I have supervisor rights to everything. I may be crazy, but this seems like it would add my rights to the Everyone group. I did not make this correction. I figured I would ask the pros. Anybody know what this is?

Check in the "security equal to me" tab on your user and see what is in there. -----------------------------------------------------

Thanks, don't know how security equals got assigned to Everyone but thank goodness I'm just planning implementation.
