Dsrepair Error -6030

When I run Dsrepair and select "Report Synchronization Status" I get the following error in the log.

Just started showing up and the object that is in question is the ip address of a workstation in a completely different OU. No real problems to speak of but just found it strange that this started up and I can't find alot on the error.

is this server the one hosting the dhcp ?
do the other servers show this error as well - ie is it a server centric or is it the same error through the ring
does that ip address look ok in the dhcp console ?

The same error shows up at each server that has a replica on it.

Forgot to mention. Each OU has it's own DHCP. I have 9 sites all connected by either router or layer 3 switch with Gigabit fiber.
