I have an ACM3 on a S8300 and I want to divert a DDI off switch.
The DDI digits are translated to an extn which has a coverage answer group set to 3 more extn's.
If I forward the initial extn to the external number the coverage answer group still rings on an incomming call.
How can I divert the number immediately off switch?

Hi Wanderer, How you doing,
I dont have the answer to your question!

I can't believe that nobody else on this forum hasn't replied to help you!!!!!

Good luck with finding the answer

Wanderer (is that a Bolton Wanderer?)

Hi ipmonkey thanks for the reply, I can't believe it either!
Yes it is a Bolton Wanderer

Add it to a coverage remote table, and change the coverage path on the extension to point to the new coverage path.

Just a thought,
