Distributed Transaction Error

Hello all.
We've just upgraded our IIS box from NT to Win2K. A component which was running fine in MTS on NT now gives a Distributed Transaction error when running on W2K under COM+.
Taking it out of COM+ and registering as a normal activex component and it works fine.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
