Error 1928.Error registering COM+ application.

I'm getting the following error when installing BizTalk Server 2004 on my XP Sp2 machine: "Error 1928.Error registering COM+ application." I've had no problem installing com+ components on my machine before. All prerequisites are installed. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
