HI

Every morning when we come in the company complains that the time and date needs to be redone i.e reselect it again every morning , it seems to change overnight , any idea's ?

What, where, when, who and any other bits of info might help? phones, servers, apps?

What does it change too overnight (other than one day ahead)?

If you are talking about having to press the time button again and again... that would be from the phone becoming unplugged, or more likely the IPO rebooting.

Its that the time display needs to be reselected again and again , users c=ome in the morning and see their ext numbers appearing again we want it to stay on the time display

In that case the phone has been unplugged, or if this is on everyone the system have rebooted during the night.

Check with Monitor the uptime of your IPO.

On thought is that if you use hotdesking the time could disapear when when you logout and login again, but haven't tested that.

I have seen that before with previous versions of firmware.

I suppose that you have either 6400 or 4400 series phones? What happens is that you can have Time Of Day selected from a button. When IPO performs normal maint at midnight all phones revert back to displaying extension and name.

Is this your case?
