Disable Cell phone option in Mitel Mail 1

Does anyone know how to disable the option when a user sets up a new mailbox to be able to enter their cell phone number and have calls forward to them by pressing "2 the C key"?

Assuming you mean the embedded voicemail.

I don't know of a way to prevent the user access but you can turn it off by accessing the user mailbox, 8 for user options, then 2 then 2 then *

Access mailbox 999
Enter technicians passcode
Dial 9
Enter 20105 to Enable personal contact numbers
Enter 20106 to Disable
