Directory More than 1000 Numbers

HI All.

Is there a way to have more than 1000 numbres centralised directory in IPO.

we have requirment of 2000 Number directory centralised

i (and my college) have done 1250 today
it eats a lot of space but can be done if the site isn't to big already
it takes about 40% of memory

You can do 1000 in PM Pro and 1000 in the system directory. I suppose that you could create more as short codes then there would be two or more ways to dial speed dials.

I suppose that you could sub-divide speed dials into logical groups and assign some to system directory and some as short codes.

They could take the plunge and purchase PM Pro and the combination between directory and PM would give them a max of 2000. I don't see a clean way to do this.

The limits of any IPO is only due to the cfg size 403/406 128K and a 412 256k... so no problem....

What about LDAP?

Phone Manager & Soft Console will look up from the LDAP server specified on the LDAP tab under system.

Same again my young padowan......althought a third party LDAP server is preferred to the IPO one as this still has limitations to its size it was around 500 entries ..

Yes you can do it with LDAP, use the Web button and use LDAP from here.
So you don,t use the IPO for the Directory only thing is you need IP-Phone,s and best is 5620/5621/5625

We can search on Name/Number/Email/Department
