Hi, i configured Siemens Hipath 4000 V6 for the SIP Clients, STMI 4 is configured in CGWB, SIP communication is working fine but the RTP Payload for source and destination is not same, it seems that server is encoding / decoding the RTP payload, while the same is tested in Siemens Hipath 3550 / 3800 and it works fine, no difference in payload.
we need to configure the Siemens hipath 4000 SIP Clients in Peer to Peer Mode in which server acts only for signalling (Invite) so the communication will continue between SIP Clients, no server involvement.
please help me out how to configure the above scenario.
i am enclosing the traces taken from wireshark for the initial correspondence.

thanks
Faheem

It could be that DMC might do this.
Direct Media Connection.
Set DMC=Yes in AMO SIPCO and try again ?
