DID question for Roll-up

Hello,

I got a DID line setup on Key 5 on a 3904 and is MARP'd and when someone is on the DID line and someone else calls it then it goes right to voicemail. Is there a way to make it so when someone is on the DID it will roll to another number?

Here is the TN below to see what I got configured. The DID line is on other secretary phones also on different keys if that matters.

if you move those other marped dn's to keys 6 thru 11, then set the lhk to 11, it will hunt.. lhk does not hunt past a vacant or feature key

Could I just make a new Ext. on key 6 and MARP it?

These are all Executive lines on these phones and the less touches I do to them the better.

I added another Ext. on key 6 and MARP'd it and its how I want it now. I didnt know if being a DID was causing it to not roll.

It was was because of what johnpoole said, does not hunt past a vacant or feature key.

no, it's more common to have a non did for the hunt to line, it rolls just the same.. and i when you pay for a did, you can get as many calls to it as you have hunt targets or trunks

Good to know. I never knew that if you had an empty key it would quit hunting.
