I guess I'm having a brain-f*rt today but I can't remember how to point a DID into the CallPilot so users can pick up their voice mail messages on the road.

2020 is a CDN that points to 3650 DFDN to the CallPilot.

Is there a way to point a DID to either of these numbers or is it more complicated than that?

Switch is an Option 81C RLS 25.40
CallPilot is 1.07.09

Thanks for any suggestions.

(I know they can dial *81 when they call their own number and get forwarded to voice mail, but they want a quicker, cleaner way of doing it.)

Sorry, I'm about a sharp as a marble today.

3650 is an ACD number.

dale bizz...just create a spare did number as a phantom and then dcfw this to your voicemail number...when the caller dials did number it will forward to voice mail...the users enters there mailbox followed by password....

Thanks. I've tried that. It just gives me a message that this number doesn't subscribe to this service.

Thanks. VM isn't DID. I haven't been able to find the Express Messaging number (if it has one) yet.

I inherited this system. It was put in this location from another location "in a hurry", they tell me.

definately point a DID to your non-did VM main number in ld 49 and call it a day. if you point a phantom dcfw to it, it is going to say the DN of that phantom is not a user on the system, so use 49 IDC.

Thanks. When I went to ld 49 I found the DID number that was already pointed to the CallPilot.

Problem solved.
