DID (DID) display format on digital phone, can it be configured?

Incoming calls presented on our DDI -trunks do not always display a name, however always show the trunk label and digits received. The name display is directly associated with the number received. Is the name display dependent on what is being sent from the public network? (DAS) Or can The name be configured on the meridian?
I have checked overlay 95 however there is names added for the respective directory numbers.

In LD 95, print off the DCNO NAMES against the IDC table number that you should have for your DID numbers.
