I have a CS1000 with one of our DID's is always busy but you can dial out from it. It's key 0 on about 6 phones all set to MCR. I've moved them to another TN and back again but no joy. Any Ideas what I could check next? Thanks in advance for any help

can it be dialed internally?

did someone Callforward it maybe?

Nope cant be dialed internally. busy there to. I'm a little green on this system, and know the basics. what should I look for to see if one of the phones have been fowarded.

Thanks

Have them check each phone for the Forward if it's solid....

if you can't call it internally, it's not a trunking/IDC/network issue.

also, maybe they have an MSB (make set busy) key..

Are you sure you are working with the right DN? Print out the DN and make sure that the associated TN is there too. Does everything match up?

Yes they match up. There is a couple of offices I can't get in to. Si there a way to check the status of the DN or TN from the console.

Thanks

TRAC (or TRAK) the TN in LD 80

you should see the status of the keys... CFW might show active
