Dictaphone Recorders

Hi All
Looking for people using dictaphone equipment to find any issues . Currently using 4 32 port Prologic and 2 16 port Freedom units and having a lot of issues.We are a Definity shop and I cant seem to find any other forms with Dictaphone. Any input would be great.

I have problems with RST errors on the old platform (prologic)wich requires a hard drive formatt and losing tape indexing . On the new Freedom platform have had the recorders crash 3 time in the last 2 weeks and we have only had it 1 month each time we have lost about 1 hour of calls.
