Hi ALL
Interesting problem...

I have a fairly large spreadsheet and I filter rows based on values in the first 10 columns. I have approx 150 columns of data. My problem is I continuously have to scroll back to the left hand side everytime I want to filter rows. I then have to scroll right and find my place.

Is there any way I can avoid doing this? i.e. create a dialog box that will allow me to filter from within that? Or some other way?

Please let me know your comments and suggestions.

Thanks to all

Why not use the split function under Windows menu?

If you're filtering on 10 columns you're going to need a fair bit of screen estate to do what you want to do and see what you want to see. Maybe you need a wide screen, or dual monitors, or maybe you need to work in a different way; can you perhaps get what you want out of a Pivot Table?

Enjoy,
Tony
