Dial Zero for Receptionist

We currently have our system setup so that if a caller reaches a users voice mail they can dial zero to be redirected to the receptionist (attendant).

I have a handful of users that need to have their voice mail setup slightly different than everyone else. I can do one of two things, whichever is easier:

Option 1. I can set it up so that if a caller to one of these extensions gets a users voicemail, the caller can dial zero and it will route them to an extension and not the attendant.

Option 2. I can set the users up so that a caller can press 3 and be redirected to the receptionist.

I am not sure how to setup either one, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brandon

It would be not only the easiest but also the best to just change the subscribers mailbox and place a number in the covering extension field.

Code:
AUDIX Active Alarms: A Logins:
add sub criber n Page 1 of 2
                                 SUBSCRIBER

         Name: n Locked? n
    Extension: Password:
          COS: class00 Miscellaneous 1:
Switch Number: Miscellaneous 2:

                                           Broadcast Mailbox?

The second option you posted would be to make their mailbox an auto attendant. This could be done on the second page of the subscribers form. This would let the caller press 1-0 to transfer out.

Wow, I can't believe it was that easy. I was over complicating things in my head. Thank you soooo much for your help, that worked perfectly.
