Does anyone know if it is possible to setup a dial 0 as a VDN to point to another number and point to an attendant?

Yes, you can change your dial plan analysis to reflect the 0 as an extension. Then, add VDN 0, and build your vector. You may have considerations with regard to Tenant partitioning if you are using 0 in several locations, each calling a different console operator.

We do have tennant partitioning so I cannot change the 0 in the dialplan analysis to an extension. How can I add a new tennant?
