Delay on 1616 handset 1

Morning fellas.

i have a 1616 on my desk, when i answer the phone, there is a 1 to 2 second delay before the other party can hear me. i can hear them straight away. and sometimes on calls, i get a fuzzy sound in my ear, only when i am talking, when the other party is talking an i am quiet its fine, and they can never hear the noise, happens on about half of my calls.

System is a 500 running 4.2.11.

i have a 4625, a few 5610s, a 1603 and a 1608

all handsets have been upgraded as normal.

Any ideas where to start looking? i cant see why it is only this handset.

AGC on for all settings.

how would i find out which firmware its on?

boot file is hb1616ua1_020.bin
App file is ha1616ua1_020.bin

You should have two files

ha1616b10526vs and hb1616ua1_020

i have hb1616ua1_020 in there.

just reset the phone, to try to get it to pull the files again

You should also look for the first file ha is the first and hb is the second

the ha file i had in there was different to the one you posted.

the hb file you posted is the one i have.

Then you need to upgrade the phone :)

i was certain i would be running the latest firmware as it pulled them from my laptop running 4.2.11

oh well all done now
