I have a G3 with the fourth PRI interface setup for Tandem connection to a Cisco VoIP gateway. I can receive call in from the Cisco which is attached via PRI to trunk 10 (sig grp 4) but outbound calls (4 digit) simply gets a error tone. Any ideas how to setup a route pattern back out the PRI ? or maybe I missed something else.

Maybe you should check the setting as below:
uniform dial plan
aar digital-conversion
aar analysis
route-pattern

ergou

You could always use "list trace tac <insert tac assigned to trunk group here>" and try to place a call. This will tell you if it's getting routed to the trunk group to begin with, and what happens from there. Also, you could use "list trace station ####" and trace from the ext you're calling from. This should show you which trunk group you're seizing and which route the call's going.

Okay, so now I have UDP turned on, I trace the TAC but never see any Definity to Cisco calls. Any suggestions? Basically I have yet to see a call hit the Cisco unless I dial the TAC, and then I'm not sure what to do then to get it to route the call...

You need to setup the UDP tables, and then the aar tables..

Ok..?
My extension on the IP side are 445x
I have: change uniform-dialplan 0
Matching Pattern 445
Len 4
Del 0
Insert _
Net ext
Conv y
Node Num _

I also have: change aar analysis 4
Dialed String 445
Total Min 4
Total Max 4
Route Pattern 7
Call Type aar
Node Num _
ANI Req n

Route pattern 7:
Grp No 10
FRL 7
NPA 214
Pfx Mrk _
Hop Lmt _
Toll List _
No. Del Dgts _
Inserted Digits _
DCS/QSIG Intw n
IXC user

Trunk group 10:
TAC 807
COR 82
Dial-access y
Direction two-way
Service type tie

Don't know what else to include...
Thanks for the help! Much appreciated!

At this point I'm wondering if I should just route the calls like a specific npa-nxx.. So I would setup ARS and the route-pattern so only calls to xxx-yyy-zzzz go to route-pattern 7, then ars digit-convert 44xx extensions to xxx-yyy-44... Might be worth a shot.
