One of my customers has an R11 Definity.
Dadmin is enabled in the customer options but noone seems to have the password.
The BP that installed it has gone under, so I'm stuck with a dying machine with just customer access, and no way to run any usefull commands.
What is the recovery procedure?
I know until R10 it was Avaya-dial-in,and from R13 on, password files via RFA, but this release I rarely came across, and can't find the proper procedure. I seem to recall by password file too? how do yo get it in on Definity platform?

ask another BP for a dadmin request form. Avaya will reset the dadmin password and supply it to your BP of choice. Then ask the BP to give it to you.

Thanks, I am BP, but that will probably work through distributor level as well? I went through support and SSO site, just could not find anything on the subject. For some reason documentation for rel 11 and 12 are missing.
