DEFINITY IP trunking with Cisco Routers

Any here using IP trunking with Cisco routers?

If so, I have a question, have any of you tried to use the "IP RTP Header-Compression" command to reduce the size of the RTP header to make the G729 calls from around 26Kbps down to around 12Kbps?


It should work since its a RTP stream, but I'm not for certain, as I have only implemented this on Callmanager.
