Definity G3i V6 CDR problem

We have a Definity G3i V6 w/ PRI, We upgraded and since that time CDR will not work, we have data set MPDM installed and routing CDR info to that station, But it will not make the connection to the PC. I think we have checked and double checked everything known to man but still can't get it to work. Anyone have any problem like this?
PS: Microcal say's we are talking to the switch but the info is not good for their program, We have it set for 9600 and teleseer....
 
What did you upgrade to? Are you still a G3si? The newer Avaya platforms, such as the S8500, don't support data modules.

We did the upgrade to G3iV6, I can find no reason at all that it shouldn't talk to the MPDM...same basic set-up as they had with previous G1.1.
 
Have your try command busy data xxx ( your mpdm number ) and release again. and then check the netcon status .
 
Oh boy...Have we tried busy out and release...tried test cdr pri long...believe me we have tried it all..including replacing MPDM...we can see the switch call the data set but will not keep up the connection. I suspect something to do with the link between MPDM and PC..
