Hello every one,

I was wondering if any one can help. I’m new to phone systems and only work with the system with a list of commands. I was moving around some phone extensions and did not keep track of the port number. Now I want to move an extension to a new location but I erased the port number and cant figure out how to find out what that port number is. I heard that there is a command that I can enter into the phone and assign the extension to the phone. We use lucent 6408D+ phones. If any one can help it would be great.

Thanks

You don't need to know the ports. Use TTI. Make sure you have a fac for TTI (change fea) then in the system features (change sys fea) make sure TTI is enabled and you have a security code. Then you can simply go to each phone and put in the TTI code + security code + extension. That will put the port in the station form for you.

Thank you very much. If you in Chicago Lunch on me.

Thanks again
