Definity G3 - Hookswitch won't work as a Flash button

I am trying to use feature access codes (call park, etc.) on our Definity G3V3i on analog phone extensions. I have some 2500 series phones with a flash button, and others without. The ones with the flash button work wonderfully! The problem is.... the other 2500 series (without the flash button) are not able to use the hookswitch.
I have enabled the hookswitch flash for the station. I checked under "system-parameters" and I am guessing that the time listed in the 2 blanks is the tollerance values, in which I adjusted (thinking that the hookswitch was held down too long), but it didn't make a difference.
Any ideas?

Wow, it's been a while but I believe if you are trying to Flash in order to use features on a trunk call you may have to set up its own Feature Access Code. In the Feature Access Codes form there is a field for "Flash Access Code".
I remember programming a speed dial button on 8102 sets just for this purpose. I apologize if this wasn't much help but perhaps it will set you in the right direction. Good luck!

I think the problem still in the time interval for Flashhook in system features.
Try to set wide range time interval Upper Bound: 800msec, and Lower Bound - 80 msec, then make a call and try to press switchhook for about 0.5 sec - you must hear tu-tu-tu and dial tone.

As it turns out, I found that the problem was related to a switch on the bottom of some of the phones, which was labled "POS". I had to set that switch to "OFF". and just like magic.... All of my features now work! Thanks for the ideas guys. I hope this might help you out it the future.
