I have a 9.5 release definity and a TN568 Definity Audix voice mail unit. Recently when the auto-attendant answers and the option 2 is selected to transfer....the unit transfers the call but then the group that answers it can't hear the customers however the customers can hear them. I have replaced T1 boards and swapped the processor. I took the attendant out and it solved the problem. Could it be that I have a bad port on the voicemail?
