Definity Audix Error F02B

After hard drive replacement and load of software from the Generic 4.0 and English announcement disks the TN568 reports error free install. Shortly after the audix prompt appears the unit reports return to firmware control and shuts down reporting software error code F02B. This error is not documented. Any ideas greatfully accepted.
