Definity Audix alarm 1

Got another query from a customer that has an alarm in their Definity Audix the alarm is a MAJ MF-BD and a code of 310 but the system is working and no other issues just the alarm I cannot find in my docs or on the website a Maint doc with the codes any guesses or causes. Thanks

I don't see any MF-BD code 310 in it though. Some of the other MF-BD codes do look kinda serious.
