Definity Audix 4.0 Shutdown Error F02B

Dear Definity Audix Experts,

I have replaced the hard drive on a TN568 Audix with Comcode 408089324 IBM DDRS-34560 drive. Generic software and english announcements load, Audix reports error free install, no errors found, then file check phase 1-5 pass. However shortly after the login prompt displays the Audix tranfers to firmware and shuts down with error F02B. Documentation does not explain this. Help greatly appreciated!

are you sure your harddisk is come from avaya ?

It's a Lucent drive/Comcode. Error code for a non certified drive is F029. F02B is "software error", but documentation is not specific.

if you try reinstall software (new install mode). if the system still can't boot up normal. I am sure that your hard is cloned harddisk (not from avaya).
