here's a tip, always note when you get the busy,,if i dial 9 and get a busy then, it could be ac'a are not 9.. if i dial 9 1xxx (area code) then get a busy, 1xxx is not in bars, usually as a npa, (spn's are 1800 1877 etc) if i dial 9 1 xxx 345 then get a busy, i must have a deny in 90 allowing the 91xxx area code but blocking the 345... then if after i dial all digits i get a fast busy, all trunks are busy (or broke) slow busy (60 ipm) station busy...
and if i dial from pbx to pbx and all your trunks are busy, i get station (60) not trunks... trunks are between my pbx the office the far end office, past the far end local is a station//.. just a few points to help locate problems down the road
