Have an intermittent issue with not all phones ringing in a huntgroup, despite it being set to Collective and all users being logged in/available at the time. As far as I can tell it is limited to the SIP DDI's (They have ISDN too). There have been a couple of reports by remote users (IP phones across hardware VPN back to office) that when they dial the main huntgroup (500) internally it occasionally only hits one phone in that group then also. The remote users reporting this are set to dial out over SIP unlike users based at system end, however I expect this would be irrelevant for internal calls despite them hanging off a VPN??!
System is IP500 V2 on 8.1(65)
