I have a CS1000E and a CS1000M connected via a standard T1 Tie line. Out of now where last week when dialing a 4 digit call across the Tie line, the CS1000E does not show the CPND anymore on a outbound call, or when calling it from the CS1000M end. It will show the 4 digits and that is all. I res-set the DCH and it made no difference. Both systems are release 5.0. The Deplist is a couple of months old, but when searching the ESPL site I didn't see anything that would pertain to this problem.

Wait a minute. A standard T1 line does not have a DCH. You mean you have a PRI, right?

If it used to work, and mysteriously stopped, and still exists, I'd INI the CS1000E

You maintain both sides right? The E and the M? Gene is right, as usual, as long as you drive MAC on both PBX's.

could be just the oppisite as well.. check the rcap on both ends.. if that looks right the i would dis msdl x all on one end and enl msdl x fdl.. redownload the msdl card.. same as an ini on a single card.. you can enl msgi.msgo x on the d (ld 96) to see if either is still sending.. more then likely only one end quit using that field..
that would mean you only need to reload one msdl.. remember calls on the pri do not drop when you dis the msdl/dch.. new calls can not setup but calls in progress will not drop..

Just wanted to update this. I had tried INI'g both sides, made no difference, still wasn't sending the names. Last night I updated the CS1000E with the latest DEP list and upgraded the MGC LW to the newest version MGCCAM03 and when this was done the names are working again. Only problem is I am not sure which of the two fixed it. 
I suspect it was the LW as I did not see anything in the patch list specific to this problem.
