Does any know if CallPilot 4.4 is Compatible with CS1000 release 7.0?

I'm not sure if it is compatible or not but the cost to upgrade to 5 should be included in your upgrade.

No it was not included. Sure would like to know if there is any issuesCallpilot 4 and Release 7.0

Ran our release 4.0 call pilot with our 7.0 CS1000 for two weeks due to an issue with the call pilot upgrade so I would say it works. I just don't think Avaya supports it officiallly.

The upgrade should have been included in your quote. I believe Avaya requires it.
