cross platform scripts?

Hi,
the other day i posted asking about calling a .mov file, etc_ got that part figured out (once the search function became accessible again) i am callin the external files, (both .mov and .exe) via fscommand.
Want i am chasing now is - what needs to be done (other then producing a mac projector) to get the whole movie to work on the mac platform?? Do i need to change scripts on the buttons that are callin the external files? or will it all work if i just publish mac projector files??
Any help is appreciated _ i am really confused on this one.

Well Mac will not be able to do anything with the .exe file. It won't have any problem with the .mov file, and all scripts within the Flash movie should operate the same on both platforms.
