Apply Flash Updates via AD Login Scripts

Does anyone have any suggestions on applying Flash updates to network computers using Active Directory batch file login scripts? Also, we need to figure out how to detect if the application exists, install it if it does, or not to install it if it does not. Also, how will the patch know if it's even applicable?

Of course this would apply to Shockwave Player as well.
