Creating a Stub Extension

Hello All,

Could you help with what I hope will be a simple programming request?

We have two sites, each with an Option 11c. On one site we've got two extensions - x2222 & x3333, each with a DDI assigned. This site was easy because we have a great maintenance company who made them for us!

On the other site we have a less than helpful company and a long contract with them.

I'd like to create these two extensions at the second site, and then set them to call the full DDI of the extension at the other site.

I think this would be done by creating ACD extensions, permanently call forwarded, but I'm not entirely sure.

How would I go about this?

do you have a tie between the two? a maxp 1 acd will work, if it does not work from an external caller.. look at your cdb option cff/cfo.. toggle that, default is cfo, it may work better cff..

another possible is build a 500 and use rcfw to forward it to any number, with cfxa and cff, any number the station can call is a good forward target, reguardless of the call orgin..

fire your support team, if they are not living up to their side of the contract, then why keep paying them?
